Why an HOA?
As a homeowner in Copperfield Vistas and per the covenants, you have become a part of the Copperfield Vistas Homeowners’ Association. The covenants, annual fee of $150, and homeowner responsibilities are imperative to how the organization is operated. Our goal is to keep YOUR property value maintained, and keep our neighborhood charming and alluring.
An HOA will ensure consistency within the community, along with keeping the neighborhood clean, landscaped, and kept up by following our HOA covenants. Being a member gives you access and ownership of McCandless Armstrong Memorial Park and the entrance landscape monument.
HOA BOARD MEMBERS
1. Association Board Members serve a two-year term.
2. They are elected at the annual membership meeting held each winter.
3. Board members attend a few meetings each year to provide guidance to the property management company.
4. Members interested in serving on the Board are encouraged to call or email the property manager to learn more about the duties.
