Frequently Asked Questions.

Do I have to be in the HOA and what do my HOA dues pay?

Each homeowner at the time of signing the closing of the sale documents of their home, became a member of Copperfield Vista Homeowners' Association. This is an agreement to abide by the Covenants and Bylaws and also the understanding that each homeowner has an obligation to pay annual dues. Strong and consistent Covenant enforcement is vital for preserving the integrity of our neighborhood. These Covenants protect all our property values by keeping our neighborhood desirable.

As a homeowner, and per the Covenants, you are obligated to pay your annual dues.

Your dues pay for Covenant enforcement, administrative fees, and all other expenses associated with them.  They also helped pay for the cost of the park that is finished.  For a full list of everything your dues pay for, go to Article VI, Section 2 of your Covenants.
