As a homeowner in Copperfield Vistas and per the covenants, you have become apart of the Copperfield Vistas Homeowners’ Association. The covenants, annual fee of $150, and homeowner responsibilities are imperative to how the organization is operated. Our goal is to keep YOUR property value maintained, and keeping our neighborhood charming and alluring.
